Embark on a journey of healing and community as Toby’s Foundation invites you to our first Grieving Mother’s Retreat at the beautiful Red Arrow Lodge in Ligonier, PA.

🦋 Retreat Details:

Cost: $300 per person

Inclusions: Lodging, meals, and all scheduled sessions

Accommodations: Two or three guests per room, assigned based on registration order

Limited Availability: Only 10 spots available for grieving mothers from any location

Open to All: Whether you’re early in your grief journey or further along, join the community of Toby’s Foundation at Red Arrow Lodge.

This healing retreat is being hosted to create a safe place for grieving mothers who have experienced the loss of a baby (pregnancy, stillbirth, TFMR, and infant loss) to nurture each mother, connect with other moms who are grieving, honor the baby you have lost, and discover a community of people who have walked the same steps as you to find healing and tools to help with the daily emotions that the loss of a baby brings.

– Yoga and breathwork sessions

– Guided nature hikes

– Therapeutic journaling

– Heartfelt sharing of your journey and your precious babies with fellow grieving mothers

Nestled less than an hour from Pittsburgh, Red Arrow Lodge offers a serene escape. Conveniently situated 20 minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport (Spirit flies here) and within 90 minutes of Pittsburgh International Airport. Easily accessible for those in the DMV area (DC, MD, VA) within three hours.
